We say no to harsh chemicals, parabens, and synthetic fragrances and yes to nourishing and organic ingredients.

Typically orders placed with standard shipping take 2 - 5 business days to arrive.

Once your order has shipped, we are unfortunately unable to refund any shipping costs incurred should you not accept the customs charges.

You are welcome to return your shipment back to us for a full refund. Please note that the cost of returns are the responsibility of the customer (you) and unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping costs. Don't worry though, we're here to help! In the rare case of receiving faulty, damaged, or wrongly described items, we've got you covered. You'll have the option to choose between a replacement or a refund. Oh no! We apologize that your order arrived in less-than-perfect condition. Don't worry, we've got your back. Simply contact us with 2-3 clear photos of the fault, and let us know if you prefer a replacement or a refund. Our team will respond to your message as soon as possible and guide you through the refund process or send you a brand new item, whichever you prefer. Yes, you can wear multiple patches simultaneously, but we recommend using caution and limiting it to no more than two patches at a time. It's important to choose patches with complementary benefits and avoid pairing patches with opposing effects (for example: Energy Patch & Sleep Patch). While wearing two of the same patches concurrently is generally fine, we advise starting with just one patch when trying them for the first time to gauge individual tolerance and effectiveness.

Our patches are generally designed for adult use, and we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before using them on children, especially considering your child's specific health conditions. While many of our patches contain essential vitamins and minerals, it's crucial to ensure they are safe and suitable for children, given their unique needs.

The exceptions are the Pimple Patches, Period Patches, Anti-Mosquito Patches, and Sun Patches, which are safe to use on children.

We strongly advise consulting with your pediatrician or a healthcare provider. They can provide personalized advice based on your child's medical history, eating habits, and overall health.

Our supplier is the largest patch supplier in the world and has produced patches for over 50 years and is based in China, and they are certified with the following credentials:

We understand that pills are a more commonly used method for supplementing and delivering various ingredients. However, there are several reasons why we recommend using topical patches instead:

This can lead to higher bioavailability, which means you get more of the active ingredients compared to some oral supplements, where a portion may be lost during the digestive process.

We are proud to confirm that all of our Kind Patches are cruelty-free, meaning that they have not been tested on animals. We are committed to providing products that align with ethical standards and do not involve any harm to animals during their development and testing.

Additionally, many of our patches are vegan, as they do not contain any animal-derived ingredients. However, it's important to note that some patches, specifically our Glow Eye Patches, Crystal Lip Patches, and Focus Patches, include non-vegan ingredients. These ingredients include Omega-3 and collagen, which are derived from animal sources. To determine the vegan status of a specific patch, we recommend checking the ingredient list on the packaging or our product descriptions, where we specify whether a product is vegan or not.

We kindly suggest applying the patch to common areas such as the inside of your wrist, the shoulder, the upper arm, or the back—ensuring it's a flat and relatively hair-free surface. Our team has discovered that placing the patch too close to the hand on the wrist may impact adhesion due to the skin's tendency to fold and move in that particular area.

For best results, we recommend positioning the patch approximately 10-15 cm up from the hand on the wrist. This adjustment has proven to enhance the patch's effectiveness and ensure better adhesion, as it provides a more comfortable and effective experience.
