ผมมีปัญหาเรื่องการนอนมาซักพักแล้ว กว่าจะนอนบางทียันตีสาม บางทีต้องทาน melatonin ซึ่งก็แพง กินบ่อยๆก็ไม่ดี เลยอยากหาตัวเลือกอื่นมาใช้
